What is Krazy Kicks Summer Soccer/Sports Camp?

The Krazy Kicks Summer Soccer Sports camp is an organization that provides recreational soccer instruction and afternoon activities geared towards 5-13 year olds.

Why Krazy Kicks?

Our programs are designed to be fun and educational for the children, while promoting self esteem in a team building environment.

What payment options do I have?

Register online through e-transfer.

You can pay by cheque or cash.

Postdated cheques can be used for individual weeks, and must be dated at least two weeks prior to your child attending the camp.

What should players bring?

The items listed below are recommended items children should bring. The camp is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles or clothing. We recommend not bringing any expensive or unnecessary items to a camp

Suggested list of items:

  • water bottle / jug
  • lunch / snacks (NO NUT PRODUCTS allowed)
  • sunscreen / body lotion
  • running shoes
  • soccer cleats (optional)
  • swimsuit
  • towel
  • lightweight jacket
  • hat or visor
  • shin guards (optional)
  • wet weather clothing

Do you provide transportation to the camps?

No. All transportation must be arranged by the parents.

What if my child wants to leave during the camp?

A written letter of consent signed by the parent/guardian must be provided in the morning, prior to leaving.

What is the ratio of staff to campers?

For 5 and 6 year olds, the ratio is 1:10. For 7 and above, the ratio varies between 1:10 and 1:14.

What happens if I have to cancel?

Cancellations must be given 7 working days in advance. A non refundable $25 processing fee will be applicable.

Is there a registration deadline? Is there a waiting list?

There is no registration deadline. There is no waiting list, we operate on a first come, first served basis.

Can parents visit their children during the camp sessions?

Parents are more than welcome to attend during the camp sessions.

They must check in and out with the Camp Supervisor before entering.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Each location has an inclement weather facility indoors. There are several scheduled activities/games to keep the children occupied during inclement weather.

In case of inclement weather, running shoes are mandatory for indoor use.

How are the campers grouped during training?

Campers are put in their specific age groups (on the Monday). If a camper has a higher skill level, he/she will be promoted to the next age group.

How old must my child be to attend the camp?

The minimum age requirement is 5 years old. Children up to 13 years old can attend.

Do I have to bring a Soccer ball to camp?

Soccer Balls are provided at all the camps.

What are the Camp hours of operation?

The camp is open from Monday to Friday from 9am - 4pm. Early drop off is provided from 8am to 9am and late pick up from 4pm to 5:30pm, at no extra cost.

A late pick-up charge of $10.00 for every 5 minutes past the 5:30 deadline will be incurred.

Full day applicants attend from 9am - 4pm.

Half day applicants attend from 9am - 12pm, or 1pm - 4pm.

How do I register?

You can register online through e-transfer.

You can download the registration form off this website, or call to be sent one in the mail, or pick one up at your nearest recreation centre.

Once the registration form and cheque is sent in, you will receive a confirmation call.

Once the registration and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation call/email.

How much does it cost to attend a week at the camp?

For full day applicants, the camp costs $170/week.

For half day applicants, the camp costs $105/week.

Can you tell me more about the Discounts available?

Deduct $10 if registering before June 1/2020.

Deduct $10 if more than 1 camper per family.

Deduct $10 if registering for more than one week.

Only ONE discount may be used at a time.

Discounts only apply to full day applicants.

What is a typical day at camp like?

Our morning session concentrates primarily on soccer, which focuses on ball mastery, receiving, passing, attacking, defending and finishing.

After learning the basic skills, campers will be involved in team building games such as World Cup Tournaments, and Mini Olympics.

The afternoon session consists of a recreation swim, and interactive games such as Dodgeball, Squeeze, and Scavenger hunts.

Does my child have to bring a lunch/snacks?

Full day applicants must bring a lunch, snacks and a water bottle. (NO NUT PRODUCTS)

Half day applicants must bring snacks and a water bottle.

Should my child bring money?

Any in addition to that, is up to the parents since there will be vending machines and snack bars.
